I reinstalled and my purchases are gone

Open Workshop → Restore purchases. Entitlements are tied to the Google account that made the purchase, so make sure Play is signed in with the same account. Quiet Mode and the three thread finishes restore automatically; button packs are consumable and cannot be restored once spent.

My progress disappeared

Progress is stored only on your device, so uninstalling the app, clearing its data in Android settings, or switching phones removes it. There is no cloud save — that is the trade-off for having no account and no server.

An ad did not load

You should see "The ad did not load. Nothing was spent." and keep whatever reward you were about to use. This is usually a temporary lack of ad inventory or a poor connection. Nothing is deducted when an ad fails.

An ad opened a web page and I could not get back

Press the system Back button — the game pulls itself back to the front within a few seconds. If you ever find a state you cannot leave, tell us the ad and the time; we treat that as a bug, not as user error.

How do I change or withdraw ad consent?

Settings → Ad privacy. Outside the regions that require a consent form, this option is not shown and ads are non-personalised by default until you opt in through Google's own controls.

How do I turn off sound or change language?

Settings on the title screen — sound toggle, language (8 languages), reset progress, and the privacy links.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Google Play, not by us, because Google processes the payment. Use Google Play's refund flow. If something is genuinely broken on our side, write to us as well and we will help make it right.

Accessibility & comfort

The game has no timer and no fail state, so it can be played at any pace. If you need a larger interface or a specific colour adjustment, tell us what would help — these requests genuinely shape the next update.
