Terms of Use

Effective 6 November 2026 · applies to the Android app com.stitchwork.game

1. Agreement

By installing or playing STITCHWORK you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app. These terms are between you and the developer of STITCHWORK ("we"), not with Google. Google's own terms additionally govern your use of Google Play.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the app on devices you control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not:

3. In-app purchases

The app offers optional in-app purchases: a one-time "Quiet Mode" unlock, three cosmetic thread finishes, and consumable packs of in-game buttons. All purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to the Google Play refund policy.

4. Advertising

The app shows optional rewarded video ads. Watching one is always your choice. We do not use interstitial or banner ads. If you buy Quiet Mode, the optional ad placements become free instead of disappearing — you never lose a way to make progress by paying.

5. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue the app or any of its features. We aim to keep purchased content usable, but we do not guarantee that the app will run on every device or every future version of Android. We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost data, lost progress or lost profits. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. This does not exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

8. Intellectual property

The app, its code, its stitched patterns and its visual design are owned by us or licensed to us. These terms grant you no ownership, only the licence in §2. Patterns you finish are yours to look at and share as screenshots; the underlying artwork remains ours.

9. Termination

This licence ends automatically if you breach these terms. You may end it at any time by uninstalling the app. §6, §7 and §8 survive termination.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence still apply. Disputes will be brought before the competent court at our place of business, unless local law gives you a different forum.
